Getting There

From the Darwin International Airport, travel along the Stuart Highway and turn right into Ross Smith Avenue and then left into Gregory Street.  Alkira Darwin is located on the Cnr. Gregory & Toy Streets, the entrance on Toy Street.

Taxi:  Taxis are available from the taxi rank which is located directly in front of the terminal.  Taxis are  metered and you can expect to pay around $20.00  for a trip between Darwin International Airport and Alkira Darwin. 

Shuttle Bus:  The Airport Shuttle pick up point is located directly in front of the terminal.  The Airport Shuttle bus travels between the airport and Darwin city accommodation sites,  with Alkira Darwin being the first drop off point. The Airport Shuttle is available to all passengers arriving throughout the day and night - including flights arriving & departing after midnight.  Fares are sold for one-way or return trips and tickets can be purchased in the baggage reclaim hall.  Family and group bookings are available on request.

Car Hire:  Pre-book your vehicle through Alkira Darwin's reception or book on arrival at Darwin International Airport.  The car rental counters are located at the arrivals hall near the baggage collection on the ground floor.
